Little picture of our Figaro.
Putting it up, kind of as a memory I guess.
We had to put her to sleep today.
I am glad I was able to stay, so I could stroke her until she stopped breathing.

Of course, I miss her terrible now, it will be weird without her.
I never knew a day without her, because when she came in to the house, I was 5.

Ah well, she was 14, a nice age, and, she didn't suffer too much.
Her problems started only a few days ago, with her heavy breathing, and not wanting to eat much.
But we knew this day was coming really, with those tumours.
It came in to her lungs, as expected, and now she had to try too hard to keep on breathing.
Air barely made it in to the lungs the vet told us, so yeah, we couldn't let her suffer.

So yeah, little ode to Fig. *mental cuddle to her*
She'll always be in our hearts.
